Thank you very much for your reply. I must say that I really don't know a whole lot about computers. I went into Control Panel, Network Connections and there are 3 of them. I really don't know if it is USB or Ethernet.
1394 Connection 3, connected, 1394 Net Adapter
Local Area Connection, connected, Broadcom Net Xtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller
1394 Connection 4, connected, 1394 Net Adapter #2
They all say connected. I guess I can try calling Starband technical support again and give them this information and see if they can help. My son used to help me with computer issues but he moved away. Anyway, thanks for answering.
